RCC PRESTIGE LLC, operating the BH Tech App ("BH Tech," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the BH Tech mobile application and related services.

Information the app may process

Depending on the features you use and the permissions you grant, the app may process account and contact information such as your name, email address, phone number, and user identifier; messages and other content you provide; contacts, calendar information, photos, video, audio, and files; approximate or precise location; device identifiers; product interaction and usage information; and crash, diagnostic, and performance information.

How information is used

Information is used to provide app functionality, authenticate users and manage accounts, operate customer relationship and communication features, deliver requested services, support users, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and understand and improve performance.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party behavioral advertising. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the app and its infrastructure, including HighLevel and LeadConnector, by integrations that an account administrator or user enables, or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Security and retention

Information transmitted by the app is encrypted in transit. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention may also depend on the settings and instructions of the organization that provides your account.

Your choices and requests

You can control device permissions through your device settings. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact the organization that provided your account or email [email protected]. Some information may need to be retained where permitted or required by law.

Children

The app is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
